SF Bay SUV LLC
Effective date: October 2, 2026

Last updated: October 2, 2026

SF Bay SUV LLC ("SF Bay SUV," "we," "us," or "our") is a small, owner-operated chauffeured black SUV service in the San Francisco Bay Area. We offer airport transfers (SFO, SJC, and OAK), hotel runs, hourly service, and event transportation. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, www.sfbaysuv.com, and to bookings made by phone, email, text message, or our online booking form.

Information We Collect

When you request a quote, book a ride, or contact us, we may collect:

  • Contact details: your name, mobile phone number, and email address.
  • Trip details: pickup and drop-off addresses, dates and times, number of passengers, luggage, and any special requests you share with us.
  • Flight information: airline, flight number, and arrival or departure times, so we can track delays and time your pickup.
  • Messages: the content of emails, calls, and text messages you exchange with us.
  • SMS consent records: whether you agreed to receive ride texts, plus when and how you agreed.
  • Payment information: We bill through invoices sent by our payment processor, Square. When you pay an invoice, Square collects and processes your card details under its own privacy policy. We do not store full card numbers. We may see limited details from Square, such as your name, the last four digits of your card, and whether a payment went through.
  • Account information: If you choose to create an optional account on our website, we store the details you save there, such as your name, phone number, and saved addresses, so you can book faster. The website uses essential cookies to keep you signed in. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
  • Website information: Our website currently does not use analytics tools, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels. If that changes, we will update this policy. Our website hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as your IP address and browser type, for security and to operate the website.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide quotes, take bookings, and send confirmations.
  • Send courtesy reminders about 24 hours and about 1 hour before your pickup.
  • Send your chauffeur and vehicle details and coordinate your pickup.
  • Track flights and adjust pickup times for delays or early arrivals.
  • Send invoices and receipts and answer billing questions.
  • Respond to your questions and requests.
  • Keep business records and meet legal and tax obligations.

Text Messages (SMS)

We send text messages from our business number, +1 (510) 674-0820, under the program "SF Bay SUV ride notifications."

  • Ride texts: If you agree to receive ride updates by text, we send booking confirmations, 24-hour and 1-hour courtesy reminders, chauffeur and vehicle details, and flight-delay and pickup coordination messages. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
  • How you opt in: You can agree to ride texts verbally when you book by phone (we record your consent with the date and time), in writing by replying to our email or text asking whether you would like ride updates by text, or by checking the optional box on our booking form.
  • Consent is optional. Agreeing to ride texts is never a condition of booking or purchase.
  • Message frequency varies based on your bookings.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation text, and then we will stop texting you.
  • For help, reply HELP, email bryon@sfbaysuv.com, or call 510-634-6021.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Our text messaging provider handles your number only to deliver SF Bay SUV's own messages to you; it may not use your number or consent for any other purpose.

See our Terms & Conditions for the full SMS terms.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide our service:

  • Your chauffeur: We work with a small team of professional chauffeurs. We share only what your assigned chauffeur needs to complete your trip, such as your name, phone number, pickup and drop-off details, and flight information.
  • Service providers: Companies that help us run the business: our invoicing and payment processor (Square), our text messaging provider (Twilio), our email provider (IONOS), and our website host (Vercel). They receive only the information needed to perform their service for us and may not use it for their own marketing.
  • Legal reasons: If required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when needed to protect the safety of passengers, our chauffeur, or the public.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it to provide our service, keep reasonable business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. After that, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you. If you opt out of texts, we keep a record of the opt-out so we do not text you again.

How We Protect Information

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, such as password-protected accounts and reputable service providers for messaging and payments. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Our website and booking services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Rides for minors must be booked by a parent, guardian, or other responsible adult. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your California Privacy Rights

We are a small California business. We may not be required to follow every part of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), but we offer these rights to all customers:

  • We do not sell or share your personal information. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Access: You can ask what personal information we have about you.
  • Correction: You can ask us to fix information that is wrong.
  • Deletion: You can ask us to delete your personal information. We may keep some records if the law requires it, such as tax and payment records.
  • No discrimination: We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

To make a request, email bryon@sfbaysuv.com or call 510-634-6021. We may need to confirm your identity, usually by matching your name and the phone number or email you used to book. We will respond within 45 days.

California "Shine the Light" law: We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

Do Not Track: Our website does not track visitors across other websites, so it does not change behavior based on Do Not Track signals.

Third-party tracking: We do not allow third parties to collect information about your online activities over time and across websites when you use our website.

Links to Other Websites

Our website may link to other sites, such as Square invoice pages. Their own privacy policies apply, not ours.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top. If we make a significant change in how we use your information, we will give notice on our website or contact you directly when appropriate.
